Nixon and Rockefeller to be Indicted for Murder Come to the People's Tribunal The people will deliver an indictment of these two defenders of corporative fascism and domestic slaughter. Richard M. Nixon and Nelson A. Rockefeller will be tried for their crimes against the men at Attica State Prison in New York Sunday, October 31, 1971 2:00 p.m. St. George's Hotel, 51 Clarke Street, Brooklyn, New York We the People must indict Rockefeller and Nixon for first degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder upon 42 prisoners and guards, and over 100 counts of attempted murder on the wounded at Attica Prison. Never can the lives of the men who died that day be replaced but with their spirit and the spirit of all oppressed people, victory will be ours.
