Notes:
Los Angeles poster artist Vic Dinnerstein created a composite from 2 David Levine cartoons from the New York Review of Books. Nixon's caricature accompanied Gore Vidal's "The Late Show", on September 12, 1968, and there was a sack over Agnew's head. The Agnew drawing first appeared in December 4, 1969, to illustrate I.F. Stone's "Lessons for Nixon."
