Peace Is Coming! Because the People Are Making the Peace: As a kind of preamble: The Vietnamese people have always stated that it is the government of Amerika it is fighting - not the people. It is long past time that the people struggled to make just peace - for almost everyone knows the war is bad - and feels its effects, but the government of Amerika doesn't listen. Well - This is the peace treaty between the Vietnamese and American peoples - It can't be just another meaningless piece of paper though - We have to fight as the liberation fronts in Vietnam and Amerika are fighting to implement the treaty - and to stop an imperialistic state so that people they've colonized and exploited and dehumanized can determine their own destinies. Not have it determined by Amerika because it has more guns, money, or prisons. We too, in this struggle will become freer, happier, and assume control of our own lives - Be more human - shaking free of post-hypnotic TV suggestions - to be like everyone else - new sisters and brothers in love - our clown faces will be real - and not escape - and us clowns will know when to laugh - and when not - coming out of our blue periods - with occult 44's blazin' - Calamity Jane, Geronimo, and Billy the Kid will step out of the TV - and the set will - go on the blink - boothill - for you - we will win - and laugh like children - like madmen - for we will be born again - 1. The Americans agree to immediate and total withdrawal from Vietnam, and publicly set the date by which all U.S. military forces will be removed. 2. The Vietnamese pledge that as soon as the U.S. government sets a date for total withdrawal: they will enter discussions to secure the release of all American prisoners, including pilots captured while bombing North Vietnam. 3. There will be an immediate cease-fire between U.S. forces and those led by the Provisional Revolutionary Government of South Vietnam. 4. They will enter discussions on [...]
