Israel Defence Froces Confiscation and Demolition Order According tpo the powers delegated to me, pursuant to Article 119 of the Defence (Emergency) Regulations 1945, and since I am convicned that the inhabitant of the building described herein carried out or tried to carry out or participated in the carrying out or helped to carry out offences contrary to the provisions of the said regulations which were assoicated with violence and terror, and since military necessity requires it, I hereby order the confiscation of the building described below to the benefit of the IDF and also the expropration of the rights of the owner of the building over the land on which the building stands, and the demolition of the building.
